Heal Ball of Life / New Church in MiniKhas?

Brother Hiew Chee Hua preached on the topic “Health Ball in Life” at the Evening English Service at 6.00 p.m. on 25.07.2010 at the SIB Metro Church.

Brother Hiew most skillfully elaborated to us the meaning of Genesis 1:29, which says, ‘And God said, "See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.’ (NKJV)

He said, “You are what you eat. But too often, we eat what tastes nice to the mouth and not what is good for you.” Brother Hiew explained to us the danger linked with consumption of canned food which was processed through the process of ‘hydrogenation’. Most shocking was his explanation that the substance “trans fats” are poisons, just like arsenic or cyanide. ’They interfere with the metabolic processes of life by taking the place of a natural substance that performs a critical function. That is the definition of poison and your body has no defence against it.’ said Brother Hiew.

His conclusion is simple, quoting Jesus, “And you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free” from John 8:32. What is the truth? God’s word in Genesis 1:29, ’eat what is good according to God’s Word and you shall be healthy.” said Brother Hiew.

At prayer meeting on 26th July 2010, the Spirit of God touched the hearts of those present who cried and interceded for the ministry of the members of this Church, in particular for the youth.
